8-hour workshop
control your drive
Science-based and driven by a strong belief that we are in fact in control of when, how much and towards which goals we are motivated in our daily lives and exercising this control is very enjoyable. This workshop functions as a stand-alone or as the first step of a larger coaching program. More details.
4×4 workshop
Drive, goals, habits and coffee
This workshop is held on 4 consecutive weeks, one 4-hour session per week. This format gives just enough time for participants to test out and implement some of the tools learned and discussed in between workshops. The program gives more control over our drive in life, our real goals as well as daily habits. And we discuss how to use coffee.

It all starts with a personal level. The more we understand about ourselves, the more deliberate we can be in everything we do and the easier it is to enjoy our path to where we want to go.
With monthly group coaching sessions, we will together take the science of motivation and drive from the personal level to the level of a workplace or business.
